Here you can read about some of our past successes.  This is a small representation and does not include all the projects we've funded.  Because our deeds of trust are generally short-term, this page changes often.

Most Recent Projects: 

 

Fountain- $52,000 deed for five months to rehab a single family property.

Divide- $159,000 loan to an investment group for land development.

Denver- Several lines of credit totaling $330,000 to a builder for different construction projects.

Denver- Fix and flip bought for $92,000 and appraised for $168,000.  We gave him a first mortgage for two months to complete the rehabilitation.

Denver- Commercial restaurant property valued at $325,000 with a loan amount of $200,000.

Denver- Local bailsbondsman $150,000 for six months to redeem a home out of foreclosure he had a bail lien on.

Arapahoe County- Quick-close first mortgage for the purchase of a fourplex at a below market price.  Flipped into conventional mortgage loan within three months.

Dillon- $22,000 loan to builder to complete a home under contract.
