Fairpointe is a dba of Mortgage Partners Lending Corporation which has been awarded a Gold Star award covering the period of 2000-2007 by the Denver Boulder Better Business Bureau.  Owned by Michael Bonn, it is a family-owned and operated business based in Littleton, Colorado.  Mike has owned and operated mortgage companies for 14 years, and MPLC has been in business for eight years funding over two-hundred and fifty million dollars in conventional and private mortgages.  We have been buying homes and lending on Deeds of Trust for over six years.  Mike believes in it so much that 100% of his IRA investments are in Deeds of Trust.

Fairpointe teams up with experienced professionals and companies throughout the process providing security and peace of mind for investors.  Our team of professionals includes attorneys, appraisers, title companies, property managment companies, accountants and contractors.  From commercial to residential, we help investors and developers come together to profit.  We create a win-win situation for the borrower and the lender.  Fairpointe currently creates and funds loans only in the state of Colorado.

Michael Bonn

Mike is a licensed real estate agent and holds a degree in Finance and Real Estate from the University of North Dakota.  He moved from North Dakota to Colorado in 1989 after graduating from college and has enjoyed life in Colorado since then.  He is a volunteer for Big Brothers and supports Feed the Children and the Denver Dumb Friends League.  Mike is engaged to be married in 2009 and enjoys many recreational activities in Colorado with his family including biking, skiing and coaching youth sports.

After college, Mike worked with Colorado National Bank and moved to Assistant Manager of Corporate Funds Management within six months.  While he worked in that department, it reached the top 10 for volume nationwide.  When Colorado National Bank was purchased three years later, Mike moved into administration of government and institutional retirement funds.  There he oversaw daily trades topping hundreds of millions.

Mike started his own mortgage company to help investors obtain readily available funds.  His desire is to help investors and others make their communities better places to live one property at a time and to help people who want to invest in real estate without the headaches of doing it themselves.
